桥梁及两岸城市慢行驻留空间的体系建构研究*——以上海市苏州河河口地区为例
Construction of the Slow-traffic and Lingering Space System of the Bridges and Both Banks: A Case Study of the Estuary Area of Suzhou Creek in Shangha

摘要: 机动化时代,桥梁及两岸慢行驻留空间的体系建构十分必要,它是城市慢行交通系统的重要组成。通过调研和分析上海市苏州河河口地区的交通量、驻留活动和步行过河路径,发现存在着跨河慢行驻留空间的顺畅性与吸引力不足、沿河慢行驻留空间的连续性与延伸性不佳、桥梁慢行驻留空间的安全性与舒适性不高等问题。因此,从建构连续的跨河慢行网络,建立“以河为中心”的两岸驻留空间体系,以及建设具有慢行驻留功能的桥梁等3个方面提出桥梁及两岸城市慢行驻留空间的优化策略。
Abstract: It is necessary to construct the slow-traffic and lingering space system of the bridges and both banks in the motorized era, because this is the main part of the city planning for non-motorized travel. Through the investigation and analysis of traffic volume, lingering activities and cross-river walking path in the estuary area of Suzhou Creek, it is found that the cross-river slow-traffic and lingering space is not smooth and attractive, the riverside slow-traffic and lingering space is not continuous and extensive, the bridge slow-traffic and lingering space is not safe and comfortable. Then some optimizing strategies are proposed such as constructing the continuous cross-river slow-traffic network, establishing the both-bank lingering space system around the center of river, and building bridges with slow-traffic and lingering functions.
