精细化管理视角下的上海轨道交通车站管线综合规划

Comprehensive Pipeline Planning in Shanghai Subway Stations from the Perspective of Refined Management

摘要: 轨道交通车站管线综合规划贯穿于车站规划建设全过程,时间跨度长、涉及部门多。以精细化管理为导向,借助成功案例深入剖析轨道交通车站管线综合规划方法,分别针对管线临时搬迁及复位阶段的精细化实施对策进行研究,探讨轨道交通车站分阶段、分地区的管线搬迁规划策略。在此基础上,重点关注城市规划衔接结构设计、节点竖向设计优化、经济和社会成本平衡、空间利用优化、未来空间预留等管线综合规划技术,提出分步骤规划、全过程统筹,重视空间尺度精准化及流程明晰化,并推荐将地下市政管线BIM运用到指导建设的过程之中,以期为同类型规划的编制提供参考。

Abstract: Comprehensive pipeline planning in subway stations is important during the entire subway station construction period and involves many authorities. This job has high requirements for coordination and cooperation. This paper presents an in-depth case study on the refined management of comprehensive pipeline planning. This paper focuses on urban planning and structural design, vertical design optimization of nodes, balanced economic and social cost, space utilization optimization, and reservation space for the future. It also puts forward step-by-step planning and overall planning, pays attention to the accuracy of spatial scale and the clarity of the process, and suggests the application of BIM for the municipal underground pipelines, hoping to provide references for other similar types of planning.
