特大型城市铁路枢纽格局优化调整研究 ——以上海为例

摘要: 铁路枢纽格局优化调整是一项战略工程,对建设卓越的全球城市的目标的实现具有重要意义。随着国家中长期铁路网规划调整及上海市城市总体规划批复,上海铁路枢纽建设将进入新的发展阶段,需要充分发挥铁路枢纽对客运系统整合、城市空间引导、地区开发带动、产业物流支撑的作用。在分析铁路枢纽格局与区域及城市发展关系的基础上,从全球城市发展目标对铁路枢纽建设的要求着手,探索上海铁路枢纽总图格局优化调整的思路与对策。

Abstract: The optimization and adjustment of railway hub layout is a strategic project, which is of great significance to the realization of the goal of building an excellent global city. With the adjustment of the middle and long term railway network planning and the overall planning of Shanghai City, the construction of Shanghai railway hub will enter a new stage of development. It is necessary to give full play to the role of railway hub on the integration of passenger transport system, urban space guidance, regional development and driving, and industrial logistics support. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the structure of railway hub and the development of regional and urban development, this paper begins with the requirements of the global urban development target on the construction of railway hubs, and explores the thinking and countermeasures of the optimization and adjustment of the general layout of the Shanghai railway hub.
