社区规划师推进下的社区更新及工作框架*
Study on the Community Regeneration Propelled by Community Planners and Its Frame

摘要: 随着2015年中央城市工作会议提出城市可持续性、宜居性发展战略，当下中国城市更新的重点逐渐开始由“物”向“人”的转变，具体表现为各种形式的公众参与式社区更新、微更新研究和实践。在这个过程中，“社区规划师”发挥着不可替代的作用。基于对“城市更新”的发展梳理及国外或地区“社区规划师”的探索经验，从“反思”的规划关注点层面、“研究”的规划方法层面、“观察”的规划操作方法层面、“参与意识培育”的设计实践层面，对社区更新进行多方面再思考。结合“参与阶梯理论”，并在切实考虑我国国情的基础上，提出行动主义策略下的“社区规划师工作框架”，以期为我国社区更新带来新的思路和参考。
Abstract: With the Central Urban Conference raising the development strategy of urban sustainability and livability in 2015, the emphasis of China urban regeneration has been transforming from object to person. It appears as various studies and practices about public participation community renewal and micro-renewal. In this process, a community planner plays an irreplaceable role. Based on the development of urban regeneration and the experience of community planners, this study rethinks over urban regeneration in many aspects, such as the view of concerns by reflection, the view of methods by study, the view of operation by observation and the view of practice by participation encouragement. Combined with the ladder of participation, as well as the present situation of our state, this study puts forward the working frame for community planners in the way of activism, hoping to offer new ideas and references for the urban regeneration in our country.
