旧城集市型社区耦合型微更新路径研究 ——以厦门营平片区为例

摘要: 集市通常是城乡发展的发源地，而旧城集市型社区既是一个城市发展的起源，也承载着丰富的社会生活及文化记忆。目前旧城集市型社区大多面临着一系列复杂的经济及社会问题，亟需通过更新来重新激发活力，但却难以套用简单的旧城更新模式。聚焦旧城集市型社区转型的微更新路径，以厦门市营平片区为例，基于深入的调研分析，提出“产业—人群—空间”的耦合型微更新路径及相应的设计策略，尝试应对集市自身及集市所在社区的转型发展瓶颈，试图为我国该类型社区的转型发展提供借鉴。
Abstract: The bazaar is usually the birthplace of urban and rural development, and the bazaar community in the old city is not only the origin of urban development, but also the carrier of rich social life and cultural memory. However, most of them are facing a series of complex economic and social problems, which generates an urgent need to re-energize through renewal but it is difficult to apply a simple old city renewal model. Therefore, this paper focuses on the micro-renewal path of the transformation of the bazaar community in the old city. Taking the Yingping District of Xiamen as an example and based on in-depth research and analysis, the paper proposes a coupled micro-renewal path of “Industry-Crowd-Space” and corresponding design strategies. It tries to deal with the transformation and development bottleneck of the bazaar itself and the community where the bazaar is located, and attempts to provide reference for the transformation and development of this type of community in China.
