基于城市空间文化价值评价的山地城市社区微更新研究*

摘要: 山地城市社区特有的复杂多维的空间形态与生活于其中的人共同滋生出丰富的社会文化形态，二者密不可分。通过厘清山地城市社区中的空间文化要素、文化单元乃至整体文化结构价值，因地制宜地进行社区微更新，能够有效地提升城市日常空间文化品质。运用城市空间文化结构理论，以重庆市渝中区张家花园社区为实证研究对象，梳理山地城市社区中的空间文化要素（山地城市社区地形条件与现存人工空间文化要素）、文化单元（及隐含的人物与历史事件）及其呈现的空间文化结构。通过对社区内历史与当代空间文化单元的文化价值适度计量研究，解析和评价社区空间文化结构，并从节点、路径和区域3个层次提出山地城市社区的微更新策略，透过特征曲线的图示方式对社区空间文化品质提升进行评价。

Abstract: The complex multi-dimensional spatial form of mountainous urban communities and the people living inside, which are inseparable, create an abundant social cultural form together. Through the inventory of cultural elements, cultural units and value evaluation of the community, micro-renewal strategies could be designed according to local conditions, which can effectively improve the cultural quality of urban spaces. By using the theory of urban spatial cultural structure, this paper takes the Zhangjiahuayuan community in Chongqing Yuzhong district as the empirical research object. Listing the spatial cultural elements and units of the community, this paper analyzes and evaluates the communal spatial cultural structure through moderate qualitative research on spatial cultural value. Micro-renewal strategies are also put forward in terms of nodes, paths and districts. Finally, this paper evaluates the improvement of spatial cultural quality through characteristic curves.
