台湾智慧社区发展的最新实践

摘要: 信息通信技术、智慧家居整合是台湾最具国际竞争力的优势技术和产业,建筑物本身也是实施智慧化的场域。通过信息通
信技术、智慧家居整合的智能科技应用去连结建筑和社区,甚至于整个社会的公共服务系统和城市发展,进而透过绿建
筑、智慧建筑推动智慧社区的发展。这符合当今世界智慧城市发展的潮流与趋势,也是提升未来台湾经济成长动能的举
措,展现台湾信息实力的新契机。以台湾的住宅类智慧社区作为研究对象,回顾了台湾智慧社区建设发展的相关政策;呈
现了最新的台湾智慧社区的建设现况,探讨了智慧社区建设对于台湾的多元影响;并对台湾智慧社区的发展提出了建议,
为后续的智慧社区建设及智慧城市的发展提供参考。
Abstract: The integration of information and communication technology and smart home is the most competitive technology and industry
in Taiwan. Furthermore, the building itself is also a place for the implementation of intelligence. Through the application of the
integration of information and communication technology and smart home, it will connect the buildings and communities, as well as
the entire public service system and urban development, and push the development of smart community by enhancing the green and
smart buildings. This is in line with the current trend of the world’s smart city development, but also become the crucial measures
to promote the future economic growth of Taiwan and show the new opportunities of information strength. In this research, it will
focus on the residential intelligence society of Taiwan and review the relative policies of the construction and development of smart
community in Taiwan. At the same time, this research will present the last development of the smart community in Taiwan and
discuss the multi-influence of the construction of smart community. At last, it will put forward a proposal to help the development of
smart community and smart city.
