中小城市“多规合一”业务协同平台建设应用研究 ——以广西贺州市为例
Study on Construction and Application of Multiple Plans Integration Business Collaborative Platform in Small and Medium-Sized City: A Case of Guangxi Hezhou

摘要: 以广西贺州市“多规合一”试点工作为例,梳理“多规合一”业务协同平台建设过程存在的困难,分析贺州建设平台的特点,探讨研究“多规合一”信息化平台数据库结构设计、总体架构组成、关键技术应用及功能需求等多方面内容。根据建成后 “多规合一”信息化平台应用运行情况,分析、概括了平台实施以来还存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题给出建议。以期对其他市县开展“多规合一”业务平台建设提供参考借鉴,顺利开展“多规合一”信息化平台建设。
Abstract: Taking the construction of multiple plans integration collaborative platform in Guangxi Hezhou for example, the paper discusses the difficulty of construction and platform’s characteristics. Then it analyzes platform’s database structure and overall framework design, the application of key technologies and function requirement. The main questions are summed up from the platform’s practical application, and some suggestions are also given for solving the questions.
