城市规划视角下上海市国际包容性提升策略研究
Research on Strategy of Promoting Shanghai’s Tolerance from Perspective of Urban Planning

摘要: 国际劳动力要素的涌入，为全球城市带来了更多的智力、劳力支持，这成为其不断发展以及成功的核心动力，作为国内国
际化程度较高的城市，上海的国际居民在总量、空间布局和人员结构形成了自身独特的特点。同时，上海作为东道主在接
纳国际人口方面也逐渐表现出异域文化空间内涵不足、缺乏公众参与途径、社会融合度低等问题。通过对比研究国外城市
先进经验，探索提升上海市国际包容性的针对性策略，包括丰富异域文化空间内涵、开拓国际居民融入城市的途径、保障
国际居民的市民权利和权益，以及鼓励国际居民参与城市建设等。
Abstract: Internationals bring intelligence and labor to support a global city, which enabled its growth and prosperity and has been a vital
ingredient in its success. Distribution of internationals in Shanghai generated changes in terms of quantity, spatial and structure. At the
same time, problems like limited function of exotic space, lack of public engagement and low social integration gradually emerged
in Shanghai. This article aims to address these issues by analyzing oversea developed cities and offering solutions, which include
enriching features of exotic space, tapping ways for integrations, protecting their civil rights and encouraging their involvement.
