深圳市绿色交通发展的探索与实践*

摘要: 随着社会经济的持续快速发展和机动化水平的迅速提高，大中城市普遍存在交通拥堵严重、交通安全水平下降以及交通环境恶化等问题。作为全国第一个与国家住房和城乡建设部共建的低碳生态示范市，深圳将绿色交通作为建设低碳生态示范市的重要抓手，并按照绿色交通的发展要求，系统性地建立了包括交通出行绿色化、交通模式绿色化、交通工具绿色化和交通环境绿色化的绿色交通发展框架。为深圳市制订重大交通发展政策，推进综合交通系统的规划建设，提供了指导思想和重要依据。
Abstract: With the sustained and rapid development of social economy and rapid improvement in motorization; serious traffic congestion, raduction of traffic safety level and severe traffic pollution widely exist in most large and medium-sized cities. Shenzhen, as the first national low-carbon ecology demonstration city, takes green traffic as a guideline. According to green traffic requirements, Shenzhen has systematically built a development framework, including green traffic model, green traffic tools and green environment. This paper provides guide lines and important basis for Shenzhen to make transportation development policies and to build the integrated traffic system.
