中关村国家自主创新示范区规划建设发展实践
The Planning and Development Practice of Zhongguancun National Innovation Demonstration

摘要: 中关村产业和空间发展的几次重大调整，都是围绕进一步提升创新能力展开的。中关村在创新发展过程中，空间从一区到多园、到区域发展带；建设重点从空间规模、资源与要素投入，到关注创新主体、创新行为本身。新时期，中国经济发展方式的转变，首都和京津冀区域发展战略的调整，倒逼中关村借力新技术、新模式，激活创新生产要素，打通要素之间的联系，充分利用存量发展空间，在城市和区域层面，成功地展示出国家科技创新中心的发展构架。
Abstract: During the development of Zhongguancun, the changes of space and industry are all about to promote the innovation ability. The space grows from one industry park to several parks and regional development belts. The construction emphasis changes from space scale and investment to innovative subject. The economic development mode in China has transformed. The development strategy of Beijing and Jing-Jin-Ji region has adjusted. By using new technology and new model，Zhongguancun activates the innovative production factors, making the connection between the elements, and makes full use of existing space. From urban and regional level, Zhongguancun has successfully established the development framework of national scientific and technological innovation center.
