新常态下城市转型发展的几点认识
The Transformation of Urban Development under New Normal

摘要: 分析了新常态背景下，我国城市发展面临的发展形势。指出我国城市需要转型发展，应把谋求高速增长的发展方式转移到注重城市发展效益、提升城市发展品质的科学轨道上来，顺应城市科学发展规律，端正发展指导思想，把握好城市发展的基本原则。我国城镇化转型有规律性、质量型、集约化、就地式、特色型等5个发展走向。思想认识、经济实力、民生愿望和科技进步是促进城市转型发展的基础与动力。
Abstract: After analyzing the development situation of China’s cities under New Normal, this paper points out that the transformation of urban development should focus on the benefit and quality, obey the law of scientific development, correct the guiding ideology and grasp the basic principles. Chinese urbanization transformation has five trends, namely regularity, quality, intensification, in-place type and characteristics. Ideological understanding, economic power, people’s aspiration and advance of science and technology are the foundation and impetus of promoting the transformation of urban development.
