上海综合交通枢纽规划设计的思考

摘要: 上海根据“枢纽型、功能性、网络化”的综合交通体系发展要求，2007年在全市规划了ABCD4类共计145个综合交通枢纽。通过对上海已建成和投入使用的综合交通枢纽进行调研评估，梳理枢纽在“空间布局、交通组织、设施运行、安全保障、环境营造”等5个方面的现状特点，剖析枢纽在管理机制、规划衔接、技术储备等方面的问题，并在乘客需求调查和城市发展趋势分析的基础上，借鉴国内外成功经验，提出上海综合交通枢纽规划设计建议，以求为上海及我国其他城市综合交通枢纽的新一轮发展提供参考依据。

Abstract: The planning of Shanghai comprehensive transportation hubs started in 2007, in response to its networked comprehensive transportation system. Based on field work of 20 hubs, which have been completed and put into use, this article summarizes the status characteristics of Shanghai comprehensive transportation hubs from the following aspects: spatial layout, transportation organization, facilities operation, safety guarantee, environment constructing, and further analyzes their causes in views of management mechanism, planning convergence, technical reserve. According to successful domestic and international experiences, based on urban development requirement and passengers' demand, it makes suggestions on the planning and design of comprehensive transportation hub in Shanghai, so as to provide reference for a new-round development of comprehensive transportation hub in Shanghai and other cities.
