建筑开发容量与交通承载力的协同优化研究*——以上海市中心城为例
Research on Collaborative Optimization between Construction Scale and Traffic Carrying Capacity: A Case Study of Shanghai Central City

摘要: 通过对上海市建筑总量历史数据的深入分析,探寻上海市建筑规模的变化规律及主要影响因素,采用多种预测方法预估上海未来可能达到的建筑规模,并通过法定的控制性详细规划及发展潜力地区的发展可能,预判未来上海中心城的建筑规模及其空间分布。依据建筑量交通承载力的变化比率和现状交通服务水平状况,快速构建交通承载力与建筑容量的互动关系模型,及时发现未来开发容量与交通承载力不相适应的区域,以此提出相应的交通政策和规划对策,为中心城及其周边地区的发展提供合理的规划建议
Abstract: After analyzing the historical data, this paper tries to find changing factors of Shanghai construction scale, and predicts Shanghai’s total construction scale and spatial distribution in central city by consulting the legal detailed planning and studying the potential of developing zones. An interactive relationship model between traffic carrying capacity and construction is to be built to find the districts where the construction development scale can not keep up with traffic carrying capacity in the future. Finally the paper proposes to make the corresponding traffic policy and practical planning strategy for the development of Shanghai central city and surrounding areas.
