从全球趋势谈上海建设全球科技创新中心的空间布局与策略思考*

Spatial Layout and Strategic Thinking for the Development of Global Science and Technology Innovation Center in Shanghai: From the Perspective of Global Trends

摘要: 通过对国际上成熟的科技创新中心或区域的案例研究与借鉴,总结全球科技创新中心在发展模式、创新要素、空间政策等方面的成功经验,将当前全球科技创新区域分为“城市中心创新区域”、“更新创新区域”和“城市科技园(科学城)”3种类型模式。同时结合上海现状科技创新中心空间要素和问题梳理,将3种类型的科技创新区域在上海进行空间落地、整合。提出上海适应未来全球科技创新中心发展的空间模式,最终形成1个中央创新区、1条黄浦江创新走廊、3条创新带的布局设想。

Abstract: This paper studies some typical cases of the science and technology innovation centers in the world, learning from their experiences of development patterns, innovation elements, spatial policies, etc. It then divides these science and technology innovation centers into three types, which will be taken into account in constructing the global science and technology innovation center in Shanghai, and proposes the spatial pattern for Shanghai to meet the demands of building the global science and technology innovation center, which will finally be conceived of the spatial layout: an innovation region in the city center, an innovation passage surrounding the Huangpu River and three innovation zones.
