基于生态人本理念的新加坡绿色可持续规划实践与思考
The Green Sustainable Planning Practice and Review of Singapore Based on Ecology and Human-oriented Perspective

摘要: 在当前上海积极推进新型城市化建设、全面提高城市化质量的新形势下，如何高效利用好土地资源、引导城市由外延扩张向内生集约发展转型、最终实现可持续发展将是一项重要课题。通过对比新加坡与上海所存在的环境问题，对新加坡如何在居住社区、科技园区、绿色建筑以及水环境等领域开展可持续规划创新进行了介绍和分析，并由此从人本理念、创新意识、价值链条等视角对上海城市发展提出了3点建议。
Abstract: In the current situation of vigorously promoting the new urbanization and comprehensively improving the quality of urbanization in Shanghai, the most important subject is how to efficiently use land resource, guide the city to transform from the expansion to the intension development, so as to achieve the urban and rural sustainable development. Comparing the existing environmental problems between Singapore and Shanghai, this article introduces and analyzes some innovative planning cases of Singapore on residential communities, science parks, green buildings, water environment etc..In the end, three proposals are put forward from the perspective of human-oriented awareness, innovative consciousness and value chain.
