基于拼贴城市的历史风貌保护区交通规划研究——以上海山阴路风貌保护区为例

Research on Transport Planning in Historical Conservation District Based on Collage City Theory: A Case Study of Shanyin Road Historical Reservation Area, Shanghai

摘要: 历史风貌保护区是城市核心地区敏感区位，需要控制管理妥协保护的要素非常多。当外部的交通系统经过该地区时，如何妥善处理，一方面要满足内外部的交通需求，另一方面要维护风貌区内的基本尺度和氛围是本研究的主要目的。借鉴“拼贴城市”的思想，提出“拼贴块”和“拼贴缝”的概念，对历史风貌地区进行重新解析。在这一方法解析的基础上，再重新考虑原有交通规划设计的技术手段如何应用到这个区域上。通过上海市山阴路历史风貌保护区为例，对提出的许多理论做了有益的实践探索。

Abstract: Urban historic conservation area is the core and sensitive area that need to be well controlled and managed. When the external transportation system passes through the area, how to properly deal with is main purpose of this paper.On one hand, planning should meet the internal and external traffic demands, and on the other hand, it should maintain the basic scale and style of the region's atmosphere. This paper presents the new concepts of “collage block" and "collage seam" in historical conservation area referring to the "collage city" theory. In this resolution, the design technique of the original traffic planning is re-considered. Through the case study of a historical conservation area, Shanyin Road in Shanghai, it is proposed a practical exploration.
