基于综合环境整治的生态修复型郊野公园规划实践 ——以上海合庆郊野公园为例

摘要: 2013年至今，上海市委市政府连续推进了两批共10个郊野公园规划建设，为市民提供了亲近自然、享受野趣的好去处。第
二批郊野公园推进时，适逢全市“五违四必”综合环境整治和低效建设用地减量化行动深入推进，在规划方法上进一
步强化了生态修复等理念。以综合环境整治背景下合庆郊野公园的规划实践为例，对其在生态修复、风貌重塑、滨海特
色彰显、城乡跨域联动等方面的规划方法实践进行系统梳理和总结，以期为存量时代背景下超大城市大型生态绿色游
憩空间的规划提供借鉴和参考。
Abstract: Since 2013, the Shanghai Municipal Government has continued to promote the planning and construction of country parks to provide the public with a good place to get close to nature and enjoy the wilderness. The promotion of the second batch of
country parks coincided with the city's "Five Violations and Four Necessities" comprehensive remediation and inefficient land
use reduction campaign, which further incorporated the concept of ecological restoration as compared with the first batch of country parks with a better natural background. Under the premise of comprehensive environmental remediation, this paper takes Heqing Country Park, one of the second batch of country parks in the city, as an example, and compiles and summarizes
the planning and design methods of ecological restoration, style remodeling, coastal characteristics, urban-rural cross-regional
development, etc. It is intended to provide references for the planning of large-scale ecological green open space in megacities in
the context of the stock era.
