城乡融合格局下超大城市郊区乡村有机更新策略研究——以上海市近郊、远郊乡村为例
Research on the Strategies of Suburban Villages' Organic Renewal in Megacities under the Pattern of Urban-Rural Integration: A Case Study of Villages in Suburb and Outer Suburb of Shanghai

摘要: 乡村振兴离不开乡村更新，以使乡村发展跟上时代步伐。超大城市郊区乡村是实施乡村振兴、加快城乡融合的主战场， 其乡村更新具有一定的特殊性与复杂性。从分析乡村有机更新的内涵入手，总结上海市郊区乡村地区的总体特征和政 策规划，分析其郊区乡村有机更新的内容和主体特征，并围绕区位特点重点分析上海近郊、远郊地区乡村有机更新的思 路。以上海市闵行区浦江镇汇中村和金山区吕巷镇白漾村为例，探讨近郊、远郊乡村有机更新规划策略，以期为超大城 市乡村有机更新实践提供参考。
Abstract: Rural revitalization cannot be achieved without rural renewal, which enables rural development to keep up with the pace of modernization. Suburban villages in megacities are the main battlefield for rural revitalization and accelerating urban-rural integration. Their rural renewal has certain particularity and complexity. This paper attempts to analyze the connotation of rural organic renewal, summarizes the characteristics, policies and planning of rural areas in Shanghai, analyzes the developers and main characteristics of organic renewal in suburban and rural areas, and focuses on analyzing the thoughts of their organic renewal. This paper takes Huizhong Village in Pujiang Town of Minhang District and Baiyang Village in Lyuxiang Town of Jinshan District as examples and discusses the strategies of the organic renewal in suburban and outer suburban areas of Shanghai, to provide references for the organic renewal of rural areas in megacities.
