台湾地区产业文化资产转型的批判性回顾
A Critical Review of the Transformation of Taiwan's Industrial Heritage

摘要: 台湾地区的产业文化资产转型经历了从静态藏品到动态资本运作的过程。从价值认同、地方感的塑造与常民生活的回归3个角度对台湾地区文化资产转型文创园后的现状进行反思，并通过具体案例比较，对台湾地区的产业文化资产在多层意义覆盖下和多方利益博弈下的身份重构困境进行理论化阐释和批判性思考。盲目跟风的文创并不能支撑产业文化资产转型后的永续发展，而无效的开发只会让原本的历史纹理遗失并再次受创。在产业文化资产再利用的过程中应正视其多维的价值属性，扩大公众的参与度，跳出政府主导及纯资本运作模式，在文化再生产过程中尊重其本身的历史脉络、在地性并与常民生活对接，才能扭转当下其在文资领域备受质疑的局面。
Abstract: Industrial heritage protection in Taiwan has gone through a process from static collections to dynamic capital operations. This article reflects on the status quo of Taiwan's industrial heritage after the transformation of cultural and creative parks from three perspectives: value cognition, the shaping of spirit of place, and the return of civic life. Through case analysis, the article theoretically explains and critically thinks about the predicament of identity reconstruction of Taiwan's industrial heritage under the coverage of multiple layers of meaning and the game of multiple interests. Blindly following the trend of cultural and creative transformation cannot support the sustainable development of industrial heritage, and ineffective development will only lose the original historical texture and damage the local culture. In the process of reusing industrial heritage, we should face up to its multi-dimensional values, expand the participation of citizens, jump out of the government-led and pure capital operation mode, and respect its historical context, local culture and citizens' life, to reverse the current situation that has been questioned in the field of cultural property preservation.
